This privacy policy describes how we process personal data on the innoxions site. It is currently being revised for the new site and will be published in its final form before go-live.

Access data and hosting
When you access this site, technically necessary access data is recorded in server log files — including IP address, date and time, requested file, browser type, operating system and referrer URL.
This data serves only smooth content delivery, IT-system security and service improvement. It is not merged with other data sources and is deleted or anonymised after a short period.
Data collection on inquiries
When you contact us by email or via the contact form on this site, we process the data you voluntarily provide (name, optional company, email, optional phone, subject, message) solely to handle your inquiry and the related communication.
For inquiries submitted via the contact form we additionally store technical metadata for abuse prevention: a hashed value of your IP address generated with an internal secret (no plaintext), your browser’s user-agent string, date and time, and the version of this privacy policy you accepted. This data is not shared with third parties.
Retention: up to 365 days after your inquiry has been processed, after which the data is automatically deleted or anonymised. Earlier deletion on request is possible at any time.
Legal basis is Article 31(2)(a) FADP (Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection) for contract execution and related communication, and Article 31(1) FADP (legitimate interest) for the technical abuse-protection data.
Contact via WhatsApp
When you contact us via the WhatsApp link, you are redirected to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). We receive your name, phone number and message content as well as any attachments you send. These data are used solely to handle your inquiry and are not analysed for advertising or tracking purposes.
For the transmission and storage of the conversation, WhatsApp / Meta's privacy terms (https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy) additionally apply. We have no control over Meta's processing. If you do not wish to share data with WhatsApp / Meta, please use the contact form or email instead.
We do not embed any WhatsApp scripts, widgets or trackers on this site — only an outbound link is used.
Cookies
This site uses only technically necessary cookies (e.g. storing your language choice). No tracking, analytics or advertising cookies are used. See our cookie policy for details.
Third-party tools
In the current phase we do not use any tracking, analytics or marketing tools (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no reCAPTCHA, no embedded third-party video or map). Should this change, a consent layer will be introduced and this policy updated accordingly.
Your rights
You have the right to request information about your stored data (Art. 25 FADP), to correction of inaccurate data (Art. 32(1) FADP), to erasure where legally permitted (Art. 32(2) FADP), to restriction of processing and to data portability. You may file a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Audience measurement with Google Analytics (only after consent)
Purpose: statistics and audience measurement to improve the site.
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Possible data processed: page views, device and browser information, approximate region (based on the truncated IP address), interactions with the site.
Legal basis: consent via the cookie banner. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded, no requests are made to Google and no analytics cookies are set.
IP anonymisation: as soon as Analytics is enabled, IP anonymisation (in line with Consent Mode behaviour) is intended as the default.
Withdrawal: you can change or withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Third country: when Google Analytics is active, data may be transferred to the USA. Google's privacy terms (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Google's opt-out information apply in addition.
Note: as long as no measurement ID is configured on this site, Google Analytics is technically inactive.
